Miss Ohio USA 2008
It has become tradition to invite the newly crowned Miss Ohio USA, as one of her first public appearances, to present the proceeds of John's charity event to that year's recipient. Monica Day, seen here with John, was crowned Miss Ohio USA 2008. She's a traffic and entertainment reporter for WCMH-TV, the NBC station in Columbus, OH and was on hand to present a check of over $7400 to The Central Ohio Down Syndrome Association. Next year's event, the 25th Annual, is scheduled for the 20th & 21st of December, 2010, at The Funny Bone Comedy Club in Columbus, Ohio.
